We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund rules are as follows:

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellation requests made 7 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for an 80% refund.
• Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Organizer

• If Coachritu5.com cancels a workshop, participants will receive either:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to attend a rescheduled workshop.

No-Show Policy

• If a participant fails to attend the workshop without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Refund requests are commonly handled through written communication with payment details and booking information.
